Ghana: 26-year-old cruel boss abuses female employee rubs pepper in her face for 'working slowly

 has allegedly abused a female employee and rubbed 
pepper in her face for "working slowly" Reports indicate that the boss also locked the employee up for six hours

Speaking to a local media outlet, Evelyn Boakye, 25, 
said her supervisor, identified as 26-year-old Jihad Thaabn, grabbed her by the neck and rubbed her face in blended pepper, which he had poured onto a kitchen table.


The incident, which allegedly happened on February 26 
at the popular Marwako restaurant in Accra, also saw Jihad locking up Evelyn for several hours despite her pleas for help and rescue.

Evelyn had to rush to rinse her face and eyes with water
 to avoid damage to her eyesight. When Jihad eventually set 
her free, he allegedly warned her not to report the incident to the police.

The incident has sparked outrage across Ghana, forcing the
restaurant's managers to release a media statement expressing regret and indicating that Jihad had been suspended pending further investigations and a disciplinary hearing.
