Valid Id Card required Before Entering Or Leaving Cross River State For Security

The cross river state government has issued a very strong policy guiding the state and preventing terrorism into the state.

If you are coming into the state or going out of the state, a person must identify if he or she is from cross river state or a nigerian citizen by showing any valid ID or staff  ID card from any recognized company.

According to one of the village chiefs in Adim biase LGA, chief Onun igeriga told ERICGOSSIP.COM that, the nigerian soldiers and customs are making sure there is a very strong security in all over the boundries between cross river state and other states making sure there is no suspicious entery or any terrorist activities in the state; to me i love the idea and if other states will also apply to this it will save nigerians from all this killings he added.

Speaking with some of the angry passengers travelling from Ugep to lagos, saying the whole idea is insulting because they were asked by the soldiers to introduce themselves and show their valid ID, while some saying the idea will be helpful.

One Edeth bassey told ERICGOSSIP TV that he was ask to go back after reaching to the boundry between cross river state and eboyi for failing to provide his ID.

Motor cycles are not allowed to ride pass the boundry, they must cross over on foot with their passengers before they can continue their journey into the state.
