Jose Mourinho has lined up Jamie Vardy and Manchester United former
player, Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez in addition to Alexis Sanchez
ahead of January’s transfer.
According to Telegraph, Vardy would be the most expensive option as United look to bolster their attack, with Leicester City demanding £35 million fee.
Javier Hernandez, could find his way back at Old Trafford if West Ham
can get back the £17m they spent to sign the Mexican striker last
summer.
Mourinho, who admires Chicharito, had earlier claimed that the Mexican striker would have scored 20 goals if he stayed at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese tactician also said he wouldn’t have sold Chicharito if he was in charge of the club when he left.
Chicharito joined Bayer Leverkusen in a cut-price deal during manager Van Gaal’s era as Manchester United’s manager.
