Photo/video: Angry mob protest in ikorodu against insecurity and power failure

There was a protest on Saturday as angry mob among children, men and women, took to the street of odogunyan and many areas of ikorodu in Lagos state even went to the NEPA office, protesting against insecurity and power failure in the area..

ERICGOSSIP visiting the sense this morning, speaking to a source, who said with anonymity', for over 3 months there has not been light in my area, and we keep paying light bills, our youths and children are been killed by an unknown gun men everyday. How long are we to live In this bad situation.

From the background hearing them chanting, we need light we need security, give us what we want. A 35 years old man, (name withheld)  who approach the ERICGOSSIP said, we don't need journalist hear , we need light and security, we voted for change but the man who called himself mr president is busy running with the country money...

The whole area in ikorodu was scattered  and vehicles stoped moving, while still on the protest, tires where burned but no casualty.
