Taraba Schoolgirl's Finger Amputated Following Injury From Practical


 A hospital has reportedly amputated 15-year-old Taraba School girl, Safiya Abbas' finger, following serious injuries she sustained during a science practical in her school, Science Secondary School Miga in Taraba state recently, she

Rariya reports that chemicals from the school's laboratory badly injured Safiya's hand, and when the school saw they couldn't manage the situation after two days, they sent her back to her parents who took her to the State hospital. The doctors who examined the hand after she was brought, told the family that to save Safiya's hand, her finger has to be amputated.
