A small street child climbed up a commercial bus to wipe the
dust off the wind screen in traffic jam at the Wandegeya traffic lights junction in Kampala, Uganda.

This is common in African countries like Togo, Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe and others where u will see children from 5-10 years seen on the street selling or begging for money.

It's time for the African government to put an end to all this, if the parents of the kids fail to take responsibility they should be arrested and the children taken from them.
