The Senate, on Tuesday, commenced the long-awaited constitution review exercise.
The exercise, which began at about 1.45pm, was presided over by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
So far, proceedings have been going well, except for few
hitches, where senators have disagreed.
Such is the issue of joint
account between local and state governments, as well as plans to empower
the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to handle local
government elections across the country.
