Philippines President Duterte has best approval ratings despite bloody first year

The President of the Philippines still has high approval 
ratings one year from when he was sworn into office.

But human rights activists accuse Duterte of condoning
hundreds of extra-judicial killings as his government 
cracked down on illegal drugs.

Supporters of Rodrigo Duterte say his economic and 
social reforms are on the right track.
