Woman dying of cancer who wrote a dating profile for her husband has died

Amy Krouse Rosenthal, the prolific children's book author
 who wrote a devastating "Modern Love" column about her soon-to- be-widower husband, died in her home in Chicago 
on Monday night from ovarian cancer at the age of 51. Just last week, she wrote a note about her 'epic love story' with 
her husband in the hopes of guiding her husband to find love again after she's gone.
